If you experience difficulty removing one of our labels, use a non-acetone nail polish remover, olive oil, Goo-Gone, or a small amount of WD-40.

For recent purchases, please return the product to the retailer at which you purchased the item for a replacement or refund in accordance with the store's return policy. For other concerns, please contact us.

Our products are made of polypropylene and polyethylene that are safe for food storage. No PVCs, Latex, Teflon, Phthalate Chemicals, fungicides, Bishphenol A (BPAs), or antibacterial chemicals are used in our manufacturing process. Our clear (see-through) products are acid-free, and safe for storing pohtos, fabrics, craft or hobby items, and other keepsakes. We do not recommend the use of plastic products for negatives that are glass plate, nitrate or acetate-based.

Our foodware products are top-rack dishwasher safe.

All of our food storage items are microwave safe. They are designed to reheat food in the microwave. Use caution when reheating food high in sugar or fat, as they can cause damage to microwave safe containers. See microwave manufacturer's instructions for information regarding the use of microwave safe containers in your microwave.

Certain foods, especially those with a tomato base, tend to leave a stain on plastic. Others such as garlic may leave a lingering odor. Should such a stain or food odor occur, try cleaning with a baking soda paste, then wash on the top rack of the dishwasher or wash by hand with liquid dish detergent and rinse thoroughly.

Yes, all Sterilite food storage and kitchen items are BPS-free and phthalate-free.
