This sweepstakes is open to all legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry, except employees of Sterilite Corporation, agents and any person directly involved with the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

To enter: Register for sweepstakes by submitting a complete product review online on www.sterilite.com on a monthly basis. Sweepstakes entry requires user to have a free user account on www.sterilite.com. A review may be positive, neutral or negative in content and be a valid sweepstakes entry. One valid and complete product review equals one sweepstakes entry. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. Unapproved, "SPAM" or fraudulent reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void.

This sweepstakes will begin on the first of each month and entries must be received by the last day of the month by 11:59 p.m. EDT to be eligible for this drawing. The winner will be chosen on the first Friday of the following month, for the previous month’s sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Sterilite Corporation. Sterilite Corporation is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete registrations, reviews or entries.

Prize: One (1) new winner chosen at random will receive a $200 gift card. A new winner will be selected each month until the sweepstakes is discontinued. Sterilite Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sterilite Corporation corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of the sweepstakes. Sterilite Corporation is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

Sterilite Corporation's decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Sterilite Corporation will select a winner from all the eligible entrants.

All entries become property of Sterilite Corporation. Sterilite reserves the right to substitute prizes. Prize winner grants to Sterilite Corporation the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Any and all taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. If prize notification e-mail or prize returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
