Now that we have moved our clocks ahead the time to clean and organize has arrived. Start spring cleaning this year by setting aside fifteen minutes a day and working on one small area at a time.
Begin with your kitchen drawers and cabinets. Take everything out of one drawer or cabinet at a time and remove what you no longer use. When putting useful items away, do so by function. Keeping items with similar purposes together will ensure you know exactly where everything is kept quickly and without guessing.
Use small trays
that fit nicely inside your drawers, and vented baskets
for under the sink, cabinets or the pantry. Work little-by-little and room-by-room until you cover every area. Your cleaning will be more focused and the end result will be a less overwhelming experience.
