Home Office – Townsend, MA Oracle Applications Developer/Analyst Sterilite Corporate Information Systems is looking for an Oracle Applications Programmer/Analyst to join our team. This individual must be an experienced report writer for Oracle 11.5.10 E-Business applications and will assist with Oracle applications support, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Must have the ability to understand business requirements, design solutions based upon those requirements, and implement resolutions to the satisfaction of the business. This position requires broad functional and technical experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Develop and modify software solutions that integrate with existing applications.
- Analyze, design, program, document, and support custom reports, programs, and database objects.
- Assist users with Oracle applications 11i issues.
- Assist with upgrades, testing and user training.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience.
- SQL tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i e-Business Suite Architecture.
- Hands on experience with INV, ONT, AR, GL, AP schema in Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or R12.
- Development experience using any of the following: Visual Basic, .NET, VBA, VB Script, ASP, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Forms, Java, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, TOAD, UPK or XML.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
Nice-to-have: - Knowledge of Kronos Time and Attendance system, Gentran EDI software, and Global Data Sync.
- Understanding of business processes related to manufacturing.
